AdlerImprov Get out of your head! Learn to the skills to be in the moment. Specifically for Film & Television Acting, the focus is on developing your ability to locate the "play state" and get out of your head though physicality and play. Every art form has its own kind of improvisation. When it comes to acting, most people think of it as SNL or Who's Line...but that kind of improv is more like writing than acting. AdlerImprov offers a technique for actors to get out of their head and into the moment in the scripted world of Film & Television. Open to all levels 4 weeks.
